The technical support was fast and useful. Since I'm nearby, I was able to buy from their store. I would definitely buy again if they get a wider internal width rim. Also, I'm pleased with the wheelset. The freehub is smooth and quiet. The wheels are straight and well-made. Really solid wheelset.
