My granddaughter changed her mind about the prom dress. She found the one she loved, and Grandma placed the order. I didn’t realize how soon the prom was, and it’s coming up in early April. The company reached out for measurements, and that’s when I understood I should’ve ordered much earlier and had it shipped faster. Lisa told me the dress would be rushed, and they sent it via air mail. She stayed in touch with me while I tried to calm my granddaughter, telling her everything would be okay. I trusted Lisa fully. The dress arrived on the evening of April 1st during a thunderstorm, and I’m so glad I had my security camera to see it! It’s stunning and perfect. The fit is just right, and the details are gorgeous. My granddaughter absolutely loves the dress! She even called me after midnight, showing me how she was wearing it at home to see how it looked with her hair done after her appointment. I’ll post pictures on the 13th. She looks like a princess in it. I’m so happy for her senior prom—this dress is going to leave everyone in awe.

Shipping took ages, and when the dress finally arrived, it was a big letdown. The "Black Strapless Mermaid Sequins Long Prom Dress with Slit" I ordered looked nothing like the photos or the description. Instead of sequins, it had straps and was made of a cheap velvet-like material with sparse sequins sewn on. These sequins were falling off everywhere. There were no beads or rhinestones on the bodice as advertised. Their return policy offers a 7-day window, but getting the return address from them was a hassle, so I had to involve PayPal. They offered me $30 to keep or sell the dress, but refused to provide a prepaid label for return shipping. Shipping it back to China would cost $70-140! Ordering from them thinking you'll save money ends up being a loss, even if you can return the item. I'm still waiting for my refund. They really need to show the actual dress they're selling instead of using stolen photos from other legitimate gown sellers. I wish I could show you the huge difference between what was advertised and what I received.

I bought a dress for my granddaughter for prom. I asked for size 6. When the dress arrived, it didn’t fit. I have been emailing Lisa nonstop since April. She told me to send pictures of the dress on my granddaughter to prove it didn’t fit. I sent the pics. Then she said to send the dress back to the address on the package. After that, email her the tracking number. I did all that. The dress came back to me. I messaged her again. She told me to take it to the post office and send it to another address with proof of shipping, and they would give me a refund including shipping. Again, I had to email the tracking number. I kept asking once a week about my refund. Now she says it might be stuck in customs. She never mentioned this before. I read the return policy. Talking to her is like do this and you’ll get a refund, then there’s a new excuse. She offered to let me keep the dress and sell it, and they would send a new one in time for prom. I said no, I want a refund. Then she offered 30% refund or wait for customs. I told her she never said customs could be a problem. She sent the return policy again, which I already knew, but I hoped she’d fix it. I messaged her again, she said the dress isn’t found yet but warehouse people are looking. So now, 2 months later, still no clear answer, and now they’ll refund 50%. I wouldn’t suggest buying here. It feels like a scam! It’s better to buy local and pay more than deal with all this stress.

I bought a Prom dress for my daughter for around $200. Unfortunately, she didn’t like how it fit, so I tried to return it within the 3-day return window. What they don't make clear on their site is that returning it to China will cost more than the dress itself. Additionally, you'd think I could choose any shipping service since I have to cover the cost. But no, only certain carriers are allowed. DHL and UPS both charged almost $200 to send it to the provided address in China. Totally ridiculous..

The site says you can return dresses if they're not custom. I tried to send mine back within 7 days but they didn't acept it. First, they told me it was a custom dress. I let them know we only picked a size 6 with no special sizing. After that, they said they can't give me a return label and I'd need to ship it to China. Then they said they could give back just 10%. We wouldn’t have got this dress if we knew we couldn’t get a full refund.

I thoght this place was based in California. That part was confusing. Also, they make it hard to do a return. Just not worth the hassel. There’s better places to shop than this one.

She wanted pictures showing it don’t fit, so I sended them. Then she told me to ship it to the adress from the box and send her the tracking number. I did that, and the dress came back to me. I messaged her again and she gave me a different adress to send it to with all shipping receipts. She said they’ll pay back the money and shipping. I emailed the new tracking number too. I been writing every week asking about the refund. Then she says maybe it’s stuck in customs, but she never said that before. I did read the return policy. Talking with her feels like she keeps saying do this and you’ll get your money, then there’s always something wrong. She told me I could keep the dress and try to sell it and they’d make another one in time. I didn’t feel good about that and just asked for my money. Then they say I can take 30% back or wait for customs. I told her she never said anything about customs before. She just sent the return policy again. I already read it but thought she was gonna fix it. Last time she told me they still don’t have the dress but someone at the warehouse is checking. Now it’s been 2 months and I’m still hearing the same stuff. Now they only offer 50% back. I don’t tell no one to buy here. It’s like a big scam. Go to a real store and pay more, cause you end up doing that anyway with all the truble.
