There were many emails exchanged because I wasn't sure if I was picking the right pair of glasses. Daniela was really patient and took the time to guide me through every step of the customization process to help me find the right pair, even though I had no clue what I was doing. I received my order in a timeline that one would expect from ground delivery and the sunglasses I ordered were 100% authentic. I will shop with them again.

Two days later, I ordered my contacts online, as I usually do, and this time the delivery was estimated to be only 5 to 7 days. I'm curious about the difference in delivery times.

I believe offering a discount and then not actually providing the one promised is not honest. It seems that the price was increased, and as a result, the amount I paid for 6 cartons of eyedrops was only a few dollars less than the original price.
