I must say, there was not just one, but I'm pretty sure there were two occasions when the words "YOU WON" flashed across my screen, only for the auctioneer to then declare the lot as belonging to someone else. Understandably, this seems more like a slip on the auctioneer's part, yet I feel strongly that he ought to respect what the EQ representative indicated.

It's challenging for me to follow. I struggle to manage 8 or 10 auctions. It's annoying that each sale brings my computer back to the active item screen, disrupting my work. If the system could keep my favorites and show them before they sell, that'd be great. Sometimes I get text updates, sometimes not.

They charged me an extra 500 dollars, and after such a long trip, it was tough to head back empty handed. I had no choice but to pay the additional fee, and then I discovered numerous issues with the vehicle that weren't mentioned. I hope to have a more positive experience next time.

Not happy with the item I got

Not happy with the item I got, it didn’t match what was writen in the info. They made it seem like it was a solid, clean unit with working AC and heat. But there’s a lot of rust, the heating and cooling don’t work, and they painted over stuff to hide the real shape. Feels like they were trying to trick people to get more online bids. Sellers need to be straight up.

Sucks even more Now !

This used to be a good site to login into different options except for the ones that decide they want to charge 8 to 12% they can go to hell ! But now they change the layout on the site. Upcoming items are on the right hand column pain in the ass to scroll down through them, And as you’re scrolling down, if something sells, it instantly shoots back to the top and you have to start all over again,What’s pain in the ass whoever decided to change the layout that clown needs to be fired. !!! Not to mention that the audio sucks half the time😡
