So, I ordered something from Eden Fantasys, but it got lost in the mail somewhere. I tried dealing with the post office, but they were no help at all. Frustrating, right? I was disappointed when

I was disappointed when I received a toy that wouldn't work after putting in new batteries and trying to twist the cap in different ways. Wen I compared it to another toy, I realized that it was missing a connector. I was pleased with the Customer Service Rep when I called and explained the problem - they are sending me a replacement and I am very happy with their service.

I have to say that I am a frequent buyer. A lot of the items you can get other places. But you will not get the same price or the customer service that you get here. A big shout out to Rose the customer rep who answered all my questions and made me feel like her most important customer.

They were good at tracking my order, but it took too long to arrive. DHL seems to pass their deliveries to USPS, which is likely the reason for the delay. I recommend using only USPS or another option.

I decided to try buying a toy online for the first time and spent quite a bit on it. It was a dual-function toy, and I made sure to follow all the care instructions. The first time I used it, it worked perfectly, but the second time, only one part worked—and not the part I wanted. Super frustrating. I really thought it would last longer. I reached out to customer service, and they told me it comes with a 90-day warranty. They're sending me a replacement, so fingers crossed this one works better.

This company's customer service agents go to extreme lengths to avoid customers speaking to a manager. When I had an issue with my product, I asked two different agents and each time, they told me that the manager was unavailable. It felt like asking to speak to a manager was a major offense and they gave out an attitude. Beware of this before contacting them.
