I mean, I shop online a lot and most sites throw in free shipping quite often, but not here. It would be awesome if they had more free shipping promotions. I had saved my cart a week earlier, planning to complete the purchase on payday. Didn’t add any vape to my cart, so how did it end up there? Now I’m stuck with an expensive item I never wanted. Just feeling really let down.

I rated 4 stars because my first order got placed and payment was taken, but then it was canceled since the name on the shipping address didn't match the billing address. Unfortunatly, it was the same person—Joe for delivery and Joseph on the card. After clearing that up, I tried to reorder the same stuff, but some items were out of stock, so I had to search the entire site to choose again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with my latest order. The shipping and tracking info was way off, and the batteries arrived only half-charged. To make matters worse, the boxes were completely smashed because they were sent in a flimsy plastic envelope. This is my fourth order with this company, and it's the second time I've had issues with shipping and damaged packaging. I usually don't have issues with my disposable vapes, they're cheap and mostly good deals. But my recent order had three fifty bar disposables that just blinked and didn't work, even though they were fully charged and full of juice. The order I got before this also had two broken vapes. I don't think it's too much to ask for all the vapes to work. Plus, they don't replace them unless you pay for shipping, which is about the cost of a disposable vape anyway. It's frustrating because I feel like I'm still paying for the replacement. This really needs to be addressed.

I've been a loyal ECM

I've been a loyal ECM customer for a while now, and usually, they're spot on. But this last order was a bit of a hassle. Shipping dragged on for two weeks, and I figured out why – they somehow folded the shipping label, so it must’ve been tough to scan. My package just sat there for 8 days. When it finally arrived, the first oxbar I opened didn’t even work. Super frustrating. Hoping this was just a one-time thing, cause I usually love their stuff.

Lately, ordering from this site is kinda hit or miss. Prices are still great, can't deny that, but what's up with the shipping times? Before, stuff would arrive in like 48 hours. It's not really for me

I recently tried the Oxbar Juice Salt Banana Dream, and while I was really looking forward to the banana and cream flavor, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The banana taste was there, and it was pretty good, but the throat hit was just too much. It made me cough every time I used it. I guess some folks might enjoy that kind of kick, but I prefer a smoother experience without the harshness. It's a bummer because I had high hopes for this flavor. Maybe others will like it, but it's not really for me. I'll be sticking to more gentle options in the future.

The product was supposed to arrive within two business days from my order on November 3, but it didn't. Now, I need to wait until Friday, November 8, which feels quite a bit longer than I was originally told.

They were actually a hidden little known about gem 2 years ago they stocked literally everything and their prices were at minimum, half of what competition was selling at. It was the absolute best for those 2 years, I noticed late 2023 that orders were coming late, packages were physically damaged and some straight up had the wrong address and I never received it. Well I just tried one last time and placed a $160 order for a big restock of my necessities and immediately the package started traveling the opposite direction of my state, 5 days later it turns around and heads towards me. Another 3 days later it is in my city, I literally live across the street from my post office. This was Sunday so it was expected to be delivered Monday morning. Well, woke up Monday and I see the package has left my city and went to a different county, it's about an hour away from me now. I contacted ECM VAPE and they said I put the wrong address, thats absolutely impossible since my address is autofilled on every order. I asked what address they shipped it to and they gave me my own address.... Soo they are now accusing me of entering the wrong address yet they just confirmed that I used the right address. Basically I'm not getting my items, I waited over 10 days for absolutely nothing. They said they issued a refund but they also said if I don't see the refund in 2 days to contact them again. Why wouldn't I get the refund if it was issued?? Banks don't make errors like ECM does. Now they've introduced doubt that they really issued a refund. I will happily pay 50% more but get a 100% success of delivery rate and not feel like I'm buying from some random storage unit in South Florida. Crazy how success literally destroyed this once amazing company. They will continue to fail and eventually get eaten alive by a bigger company. Everyone needs to be on high alert if you are ordering from ECM VAPE. I am fully done with them. I have seen Reddit posts of people getting threats from ECM employees/boss like physical harm threats too. It's becoming a horrific company that needs to be brought back to reality. They aren't a real Mafia so stop the threats, you sell ecigs and juice so probably just stick to that. Also ger your shipping issues under control it's absolutely horrid that a site with over a million visitors a month is messing up a copy and paste address.

Bought the GeekVape Wenax Q

Bought the GeekVape Wenax Q Pro Pod Kit about two weeks ago, and it’s been a frustrating experience. First, the auto draw feature stopped working, which was annoying. But then, just this week, the thing won’t turn off and there's this constant humming noise coming from it. Even when I try to turn it off or the battery dies, the noise is still there. Plus, the whole device gets really hot, like it's overheating. I reached out to their support a week ago, but they only replied once. It's been radio silence since. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them based on my experience.

I tried placing a phone order last month, but you said you don’t take phone orders anymore. This is super frustrating. How am I supposed to get my order if none of these options work? So I walked into this vape shop, excited to try out these new vapes they advertised as having 25,000 puffs. I thought it would last me a good while, right? Well, within two days, two of them were already down by 35%. I went back to the shop, hoping they could help me out or at least explain what went wrong. Instead, they told me I was puffing too much. Seriously? There's no way I'm using them that much. It felt like they just didn't care about helping me with my problem. Now I'm stuck with these disappointing vapes and no solution. Definitely not going back there again.
