Frustratingly, they couldn't provide a concrete new delivery date even after numerous email exchanges. It felt like a perpetual runaround. After days of no ETA confirmation, on October 22, 2023, I had had enough and demanded a CANCELLATION and a REFUND. What's most infuriating is the lack of transparency and professionalism in their customer service. They failed to offer any solid reassurances or timelines, leaving me in limbo. I won't be dealing with this company again, and I'd strongly caution others against it as well.
