Incredible service from everyone! I got a plant as a present few months back but it died fast. I didn't know about the 90-day return so missed it. After I sent them plant pics, Julio helped and they offered to replace it. Great customer service!

I've been getting my plants from easyplant for a while now, and they're all growing like crazy! Just got myself a money tree, black ZZ, and the Janet. The Janet is huge! I'd totally give easyplant 5 stars, but here's the thing - my Janet came in this lame plastic pot, while all my other plants are in nice ceramic ones. Seriously, if they're going to use plastic pots, we should at least get to choose the type of pot we want. I thought about returning it, but it's such a pain. Gorgeous plants definitely need proper, beautiful pots!

This company is okay. The plant arrived quite fast and intact. Setting it up was simple. It was a bit dirty out of the box, but that's normal and easy to clean. Had trouble with the water not draining after about 10 days. Contacted support late at night, around 9-10 pm, and got a quick reply. Gerson helped me fix the issue after chatting for a bit.

The other day I was chilling on the couch, watching TV, when out of nowhere, this loud bang scared the heck out of me. Turns out, the new gray plastic pot for my Philodendron had cracked. Water started leaking everywhere, soaking my hardwood floor. I’ve bought like 20 plants from Easy Plant, so now I'm kind of worried. If this happens while I’m out, it could totally ruin the floor. And then, on Jan 26, the pot cracked even more, leaving a huge 3-inch gap. Clearly, there's something wrong with how these pots are made. Easy Plant’s customer service is awesome—they're replacing it, but I'm not sure that's gonna fix the bigger issue.

Everything seemed fine until a couple of months back when it started losing leaves. By this month, it was totally bare. One stem died and had this strong ammonia-like smell. I got curious and removed the soil, and guess what? The irrigation system is not what they said. No advanced self-watering tech here, just a string glued to the bottom, covered by a plastic straw. Water stagnated, roots grew into the reservoir, and bam—chemical reaction. My plant is almost dead now. Feeling pretty misled by Easyplant's description. They need to be more transparent and fix their design.
