Puneet (CEO) is receptive to input and constructive criticism, regularly seeking detailed suggestions from staff on how to enhance the company. It’s energizing to witness the direct impact of your efforts on the company’s success and to contribute to revitalizing the healthcare sector, which is in urgent need of new ideas.

Application I applied via an agency. I interviewed with DocASAP. Interview Four interview rounds, first 3 were technical. Overall, the interview and joining process went smoothly. They managed the covid situation well, all interviews and joining were online.

Pros - A fantastic place for anyone eager to dive into a dynamic and evolving company - Freedom to explore various roles without being held back by management layers (ideal for those looking to test their boundaries) - Diverse team members create a lively and inclusive work environment - Balanced atmosphere of work and fun (music, office banter) - Complimentary lunch service now offered by the tasty Amphora catering team! - Big growth on the horizon (office space expanding from 800 sqft to 6000 sqft by year-end, with plans to triple the workforce) - Heard the benefits are great, though they don’t cover the 3-month intern. Cons - Work hours can be long, but that’s typical for any startup striving for recognition - Sector communication and organization might need improvement - High motivation is needed (especially for interns) - the more effort you put in, the more you’ll gain. Keep innovating and asking questions.
