I understand I'm not getting a bronze plaque with my name on their wall
I was pleasantly surprised by the creative and humorous response I received to my order confirmation. While I understand I'm not getting a bronze plaque with my name on their wall, the lighthearted and clever approach to a typically mundane email put a smile on my face and made the transaction feel more personal and enjoyable. I never bought from DRIS before
I never bought from DRIS before, but they had regulators I needed. Placed my order after hours. Next morning got email saying regs weren't in stock but on order, arriving in 5 days. Asked if delay was fine. Not urgent for me, but if it were, they'd saved my skin! Not what I expect from a store. Pleasantly surprised, genuinely impressed, truly grateful. Won't be my last order!

The BCD buying process was smooth and pleasant. There was a minor factory problem with the BC, but the DRIS team quickly got in touch with Hollis and resolved it. Tim and the team went the extra mile. Their customer service surpasses that of others.

The company is great. Very skilled, they really understand the market and the best dive spots. Their equipment is in good condition, and they make sure to treat everyone right, provide excellent guidance, and make sure you have fun during your dive.
