I've spent weeks navigating the complexities of Dialpad, consulting with different representatives across various locations. Unfortunately, the information I received was often inconsistent or left my questions unanswered. It wasn't until yesterday that I had a breakthrough, thanks to ElRoy Bragado. His patience and outstanding customer service provided the clarity and peace of mind I needed to finally start using Dialpad. While I anticipate more questions in the future, I now have the confidence to move forward with Dialpad, thanks to ElRoy's exceptional assistance. So far, the experience has been positive, and I look forward to a smoother journey ahead.

1st - I am so gratefull that there are real live actual support staff to help resolve issues. Francis was excelent and handled what was a sensitive and difficult problem during our chat. I am a difficult client to get problems resolved thru chat bots. Francis also gave me a phone number to contact someone if I needed additional assistance. Thank you Francis! and thank you DialPad!

Jem was really helpful when talking to her about my settings on Dial Pad. She guided me through the whole process, with support documents to follow as a visual, and finished with a really friendly call to make sure it was all working as it should.

I was content with the service, setting aside a few minor billing hiccups I encountered. On occasion, I had to close my account due to inactivity. Recently, when attempting to reactivate it, I faced a prolonged exchange with customer support. Eventually, I was informed that I've been blacklisted without any accompanying explanation, leaving me perplexed.

Our experience with Dialpad's 'PRO' platform and services has been extremely disappointing. As a new startup with plans to expand globally, we encountered multiple challenges. Dialpad couldn't provide essential phone numbers in Singapore, which was an initial setback. When we needed numbers in South Africa, the complexity grew. To our surprise, Dialpad abruptly closed our account without explanation and refused to provide any information about the closure. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable and has hindered our business's growth. We expected better service, especially after investing in their 'PRO' platform and credits. This experience has left us frustrated and inconvenienced, as it disrupted our communication and business operations. Dialpad's unresponsiveness and lack of assistance have left us actively seeking alternatives for our communication needs.

Couldn't even sign up for the

Couldn't even sign up for the free trial on PORTAL! The website has bugs! I've been emailing support for over a month, and they just deactivated my account? They only give a vague explanation about "activity" according to their Terms, and won't say why they restricted my account! What a waste of time! I was stressed for days trying to fix the sign-up problem and got nowhere! This company is just cheap!

Harassed me nonstop

I considered getting dialpad for my business and went as far as to see what numbers they had available before deciding to go with an eSIM through my existing phone provider. Dialpad harassed me nonstop to complete my account with them, going as far as to call both offices of the company that I work for (information that I did NOT provide them with).
