I ordered a pair of shoes, but they turned out a bit too small. So I went ahead with a return. The return process was kinda odd. They wanted photos of the shoe soles to prove they weren't worn. Then, they kept emailing me with discounts to get me to keep the shoes. If you're into paying for postage twice and dealing with a complicated return system, go for this company. But honestly, there are better options out there. Just do a quick search online and you'll find way more straightforward places to shop.

The sneakers git a 5 for stile and comfort. The company gets a 3 for customer service for not answering questions and long delays in responding. It also took over 3 weeks to get the sneakers delivered. I will buy local next time.

I recently tried ordering some dance shoes from Dance and Sway, and it was quite the rollercoaster. Some shoes look great, but others are poorly made. I ordered two pairs, and neither fit—both were too big and felt cheap. One pair even lacked a buckle or any way to adjust, making it useless for dancing. The return process was a nightmare. I had to email them first, send photos, and wait for them to approve my return. They don’t provide a return label, so I had to pay $38.14 to ship them back. Plus, you have to include a note with your order number and reason for return. They even suggested I keep the shoes for a 50% discount next time. Really? What am I going to do with shoes that don’t fit? Also, their clothes run super small. I’m 5'6" and 152 pounds, and even a large was too tight. They don’t offer XL, so be cautious if you're considering buying clothing.

Too disappointing
I was super excited to try out this new clothing brand, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. We carefully checked the sizing chart before ordering, but the clothes still came way too small. Gosh, dealing with DanceAndSway has been quite a journey! I've tried contacting their customer service team a couple of times through email, but it's like sending messages into a void. My order was supposed to arrive, but something went sideways with the delivery, and now I'm just left hanging. It's a bit frustrating, you know? I really hope someone from their team will get in touch soon, so we can sort this delivery mess out and I can finally get my order. Whole experience was a bit more convenient
I bought a pair of dance shoes, but sadly, they didn’t fit quite right. Now, sending them back is proving to be a bit of a hassle. The returns policy isn’t the best; there’s no return label or QR code provided, which means I have to make a trip to the Post Office myself. Not to mention, it's going to cost a fair bit to send them back. It's a bit frustrating because I expected a smoother process for returns. The shoes themselves looked great, but this return issue is a real letdown. I just wish the whole experience was a bit more convenient.

Efficient delivery poor product
I have practice shoes from other companies but these are not to standard for dancing shoes,no support, bottoms not dance bottoms all cheap copy and the sizing is so wrong, i put a half size up but I would say one and half bigger is needed and I usually struggle with narrow feet! These are way off. I have had to return at my cost even though they are not fit for purpose. Very disappointing. The customer service however is v efficient a shame the product so poor.

I bought a pair of shoes on sale and after waiting for three weeks, I got them in the right size. Quality is fine, but the wait was too long, and I was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time for my event. Ordered a second pair and tried to return the first one. Contacted customer service twice because I didn’t hear back initially. They said they sent me info but I couldn’t find it. Ann asked for the order number repeatedly, even though I provided all details clearly. With only two days left in the return period, they claimed they couldn’t process the return because they couldn’t find their own picture of the shoes. I sent them my order confirmation with photos and explained everything. Despite being patient and reminding them of my good standing as a customer, they stopped responding three days ago. Their return policy is dishonest, making it impossible to return without a label. Now, it’s past 30 days, and I’m out $68. Cute shoes, but terrible service. If I’m wrong, just accept the return. There’s no excuse for this.

I decided to return them, but the company kept offering me different incentives to keep them instead. When I fell ill, I emailed to explain the delay in returning the shoes, and they were understanding about it. I returned the shoes but forgot to send the tracking number. Two months later, when I questioned the refund, they flat-out denied receiving the shoes. Luckily, I had the tracking info, which showed they had received the package. Only then did they process my refund. It's unsettling that they tried to lie about it. Definitely won't shop with them again.

I bought these shoes because of an ad, but they really disappointed me. The sole is super soft, like too soft, making it uncomfortable to walk. The inside fabric is too slippery, and the overall finish is just bad. After my purchase, they sent me an email to check if I liked the shoes. There were two icons: red for "don't like" and green for "like." Pressing red just gave me a 15% coupon instead of letting me leave a review, which felt sneaky. To actually review, I had to press the green button. It seems like a trick to get better reviews and lure people in. I'd rather they focus on improving their product quality and being more transparent.

I got the Marnie in beige because I already have the other colors and love them. But this one was a disappointment. After just a few wears, the inside heel started peeling off and gave me blisters. The toe area also started wearing away quickly. I tried to share photos, but can't seem to post them here. It's odd because I didn't have any issues with the other colors. Super bummed about this, especially since the fit was great initially. Now I'm stuck with these damaged shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes on November 5th and it’s been 24 days already. The website promised delivery within 10-15 days, and I really needed them for this weekend. If it’s gonna take longer, they should definitely mention it during checkout. And charging £15 for delivery that doesn't arrive on time is just absurd. The order status still says "in route" and hasn't even reached the delivery company yet. I’m just waiting to see how much longer it's going to take.

This company is not worth your money. The stuff they sell is low quality and useless. Returning items is a headache; they take forever to reply to emails and make it difficult for you. They charge a lot for things that are actually worth very little, hoping you won't bother returning them and they can keep the profit. Avoid this company at all costs!

Not what I expected at all
I ordered a pair of boots, paid over $110, and they arrived in the wrong color and one size too big. Super frustrating! Tried reaching out via email and got no response. To top it off, they smell like cheap plastic, kinda like something you'd get from Shein. Totally disappointed with this purchase. Not what I expected at all.
