This compny's cource "Baby Safety and Posing ..." by Kelly Brown was just right for me. As a beginner in photography, I needed somethng to learn newborn photograhy. This cource explained everythng well and gave me enough time to understand.

I've been purchasing courses from them for a few years - off and on - always during sales. Lately, it seems they're falling behind - not many new offerings - especially in photography - very little current stuff on new mirrorless cameras and drones - some courses are quite old - they always have sales. I think competition from YouTube is taking its toll - wouldn't be surprised if they are acquired.

Not much on latest mirrorless cameras or drones. Some courses are quite old. Always seems like they're having sales. Competition from YouTube might be hurting them. Wouldn't be surprised if they get bought out.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. I had a disappointing experience with the customer service of this company. The senior representative did not understand my questions and kept giving me generic responses, showing they didn’t know their system very well. It took 4 days to resolve my issue, and during that time, the deal I wanted to buy expired, so I couldn’t get the course at the lower price. He also ignored my requests to escalate the issue or talk to a manager about the poor handling of my case. I won’t be buying courses for hundreds or thousands of dollars if this is the kind of support I’ll get when there’s a problem. I’ve never had this kind of experiance with other companies.

Terrible company.

Terrible company. First of all, I really dislike that they automatically renew without sending email reminders if you wish to cancel. Secondly, they charged me twice with this auto renewal. Now I have to wait a week for customer service to reply to me. Be careful, buyers!

Really bad experience

Really bad experience, the website crashes constantly, takes forever to load, the courses are not worth it, wouldn't suggest this site to anyone.
