    Got this backpack after a friend's rave review. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the fun colors, though the main dark green isn't bad at all. It's super organized, like a clam shell, perfect for travel. Just don't expect it to be your go-to work bag, although it does have a laptop compartment. It's lightweight, and there's still room to cram in extra stuff, just like a regular backpack. The outside zippers are handy for all those little things you need easy access to while traveling. I really dig it. If I could change one thing, I'd add wheels, but I know they have a hybrid version for that. Overall, it’s pretty great!

    Cotopaxi stands by their products! My husband tore his 2-year old jacket we bought from their website. They acknowledged the defects, replaced it with a new jacket. We'll stick with Cotopaxi!

    This was our first time tryin' out home delivery meals. The food came in a good refrigerated box. Cookin' 'em was easy and they looked tasty. Each dish was yum! Picking from the menu each week is fun. This service is great and takes away some of the pressure of makin' new meals. Thanks a lot!

    Frustrating experience

    I recently had a frustrating experience with a company that just doesn't seem to care about its customers. I bought this item while visiting the USA and brought it back home to the UK, only to find that the strap fell off pretty quickly. When I reached out to customer service, they admitted there was a fault with the product but just wouldn't offer any help because of where I live. It's so disappointing when a company acknowledges a problem but still refuses to make things right. I feel let down, and it's made me really cautious about buying from them again. If you're considering purchasing from them, think twice—especially if you're outside the USA.

    Hey Cotopaxi folks, Ran into a bit of a hiccup while trying to snag some gear. Found this discount code, IND-NEWENGEN24, on a coupon site and got all excited. Popped it in during checkout, and it seemed to work at first. But then, poof, it vanished when I typed in my email. Turns out, it's just for industry partners, which was kinda confusing since it was out there for everyone to see. Was really pumped to place my order, so this was a letdown. Any chance you could throw me a courtesy discount, maybe around 30%? Would love to finally grab my items. Big fan of your stuff, so any help would be awesome! Thanks a ton!

    I got a fleece

    I got a fleece from REI and the sizing is all wrong. According to their size chart, a large should fit a 41-43” chest, but the actual product is way bigger, more like a 50” chest. It’s like drowning in fabric. Returning it is a hassle too, as they charge you for shipping. Honestly, I regret buying it online. If you really need something from REI, go to their store where you can try things on and exchange them easily. Their online customer service is pretty lacking, especially for the price you pay. This kind of experience makes me understand why people stick to big retailers like Amazon. Not buying from REI again.

    I had a pretty frustrating

    I had a pretty frustrating experience with this company. Ordered an item thinking it would be the perfect color, but it arrived completely different from what I chose. Tried reaching out via email a couple of times hoping for a resolution or at least an exchange, but got nothing back. It's like they don't even bother to check their emails. Ended up having to return the item, which cost me £3. That might not sound like much, but it's annoying when it's not even your fault. Just feels like they don't care about their customers at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with them if you want things to go smoothly.

    So, I placed an order

    So, I placed an order to South Korea, expecting free imports on orders under $200 as usual. This time, I was shocked to find an extra $50 charge for customs and duties on the Cotopaxi site. I tried reaching out to their live support but no one was available. They said I'd get a reply in 2-3 days via email, but a week went by with nothing. Tried live support again and even dug up some email addresses to contact directly. Still no response. Makes me really question the company's "ethical" claims when they can't handle basic customer service. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on this brand.

    I just had a weird

    I just had a weird experience with Cotopaxi. Bought some clothes from them, and they charged me taxes even though I live in MA where clothing isn't taxed. When I reached out, they told me I should’ve requested a tax exemption before buying. Sounded odd to me, so I pushed back and, after some back and forth, they finally agreed to refund the taxes. They admitted their system's a bit wonky and they're working on it. So, heads up, if you’re from a tax-free state and they charge you, you might need to speak up to get your money back. Happy to share the email convo if anyone's interested.

    I love Cotopaxi's gear and

    I love Cotopaxi's gear and clothing, but their customer support is a mess. Had an issue with my order where they shipped two Allpa bags in a flimsy plastic bag instead of a box. One of the bags got swiped by someone at FedEx. Saw the driver roll up with just one bag, but after their investigation, they couldn't find my missing 70L bag. Cotopaxi hasn't replied in days, no agents available on chat, and their old customer support lines are gone. Considering all the stuff I’ve bought from them, this might be my last order. Too many other brands out there with better customer service.

    I found this website that

    I found this website that promised a 20% discount for signing up with my email. After going through the entire checkout process, there was no discount applied. Tried the chat bot, which said someone would reach out, but nobody did. Called customer service six times, only to get a recording telling me to visit the website. The prices seemed reasonable, but I decided to return my order. Not a fan of companies that mislead customers about pricing and provide no support. It’s frustrating when you can’t get any help or answers. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

    Ordered this Del Día hip bag with high hopes, thinking it’d come in vibrant, mixed colours like on the website. But wow, what a letdown! Got a super dull, dark one instead, like black, dark blue, and maroon. Thought it was a fluke, so I returned it (lost shipping fee) and tried again. Second one shows up just as dark and ugly as the first. No bright colours, just more disappointment. Return policy is a joke, lost more money on shipping. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Feels like a big misleading advertising scam.

    I ordered some stuff from

    I ordered some stuff from this company, and they ended up charging me double the taxes for shipping to Canada. Like, they put this crazy high tax amount on the invoice, way more than Canadian taxes, and then DHL slapped on another huge charge that was supposed to cover shipping, taxes, and duties. When I tried to get a refund, they just said it was all correct. I’m pretty sure that’s not even legal! Total mess, and now I'm stuck paying way more than I should. Avoid them if you can, it’s just not worth the hassle.

    Their Del Dia Limited Color pack had a "suprise me" color mix, and it turned out supur ugly. Their return policy is a jok. I lost shipping fe both ways. I will never order from her again.
