We're very pleased with the quality and quickness of our trifold brochures. And the price. The only problem is our fault, the die line we used caused the panels to be off-center. Ideally, if this could have been pointed out, we would have adjusted them, as we will in the future. But again, ultimately this was our fault. We're grateful for the good job we received.

The delivery was fast. But, the paper weight was not what I had expected. I ordered 80# glossy paper, and got something closer to 40# - much lighter weight than I wanted.

Fast service, good quality, fair prices, but shipping fees are ridiculously high. Let customers choose shipping method if you can't control FedEx. $35 to ship 5lb package is too much. Service was great, though.

Contrary to my expectations based on the website and other reviews, this process seemed much less efficient. Despite the setback, I must acknowledge that they did offer competitive pricing, maintained communication, and processed my refund promptly upon request. However, the overall experience left me with a 2-star rating, primarily because of the extended timeframe for order fulfillment.
