Had my first one-on-one with MJ after joining a few closer calls. The guy really knows his stuff. He jumped right into a role play and made sure I could handle it with support and advice. The calls being recorded with clear notes and structure helps a lot too. The weekly Closer calls are already great, but the one-on-ones push things further. Really recommend.
