The tracking information indicates that it's with the local courier, but upon checking with them, they claim to have no record of my package. Despite multiple attempts, CHICKWISH has not responded to any of my emails. At this point, I'm growing increasingly skeptical and starting to question the legitimacy of this website; it's beginning to feel like a potential scam.

I'm pretty bummed out about this company. My partner got a dress from them, but it didn't fit her at all. What's really frustrating is that they don't help out with return shipping like most other places do. She had to shell out a ton of money just to send back a dress that didn't work out. It definitely makes me think twice about shopping with them online again. It feels like they're trying to make it hard for you to return stuff so you'll just keep it, even if it's not right.
