    I got my order today

    I got my order today, but the sizes are just off. The first time, I ordered 2 XL and they were way too big. Lost $79 on that with no refund. Tried again with 2 mediums, still too big. Another $79 gone. Now I'm hoping 2 smalls will finally fit, but if they don't, I'm done spending money. The size chart on the website is just not reliable. Would be great if the company could get it right or at least offer refunds.

    Bought some clothes from ChicMe for £74.25, right? So, when the package finally arrived, I wasn't impressed. Reached out to customer service within their refund window, asked for a refund. They told me to keep the items and they'd give back 25% of my money. Politely said no, wanted a full refund, only liked one item. Then they bumped it up to 30% if I kept everything. Again, I said no. They upped the offer to 50% and then just blocked me. Never gave me an address to return the stuff. Honestly, go with SHEIN. Their service and refund process are so much better.
