After an awful 24 hours on the phone with various airlines and agents, I stumbled upon them. When I called to clarify baggage allowance, they answered on the second ring – talk about efficiency! It's a stark contrast to my experience with another vendor, where I endured over an hour on hold. Unlike Avianca, whose customer service disappointed me, this company has earned my loyalty with their prompt and excellent service.
