    I recently had some interesting experiences with Casper, and I've got to say, they really surprised me. I ordered a few things, and when one of my pillows took way longer than expected to arrive, they were on it right away, fixing things up before I even had to say anything. That kind of service really stands out these days. Plus, their products are top-notch. The cooling pillow actually does its job, keeping me comfortable all night, and the Snow mattress?     I've been using this waterproof

    I've been using this waterproof mattress protector for about a year now, mainly to guard against menstrual stains. It's always done a solid job. But this weekend, it faced a much bigger challenge: a large volume of diarrhea due to a bacterial infection. I was really worried that the mess would seep through and ruin my mattress. To my surprise, the mattress protector held up fantastically and my mattress is still in perfect condition. I'm genuinely impressed and felt it worth sharing. My mattress, a hybrid model I've had for three or four years, is still super comfy and this protector definitely helps keep it that way.

    I had an issue with my bed and the company was super helpful. They came to pick up the old mattress and even upgraded me to a better one. The new mattress is so comfy, feels like it was made just for me. Never slept better. It was a smooth process, and their customer service was top-notch. Feels great to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress and great service.

    I got myself a Snow mattress and box spring from Casper recently. The mattress? Oh, it's seriously comfy. Just the right mix of firm and soft. Been getting some solid sleep since I made the switch. No gripes about the actual mattress at all. But dealing with their customer service? What a headache. They told me they'd pick up the old box spring after delivering the new one, part of their "one-for-one" deal. When I tried to arrange the pickup, they changed their tune and said it was on me to get rid of the old box spring. Had to make a bunch of calls, each time getting a different story, and nobody would stick to their original promise. So yeah, the mattress is awesome, but their customer service? Not so much. If you can handle some potential frustration with service, Casper's mattresses are worth it. Just don't count on them to keep their word.

    I liked my Caspr pillow.. for about a year. The idea was neat having a pillow inside a down cover, but it eventually became very lumpy like other pillows. Oh well. Back to Costco pillows.

    The adjustable base lasted 3.5 years. We were told it was covered under the warranty, but it's not. Disappointed in the base's quality and bad customer service. Avoid purchasing.

    I used to love Casper

    I used to love Casper mattresses and bought six in-store over the years without any issues. But ordering online has been a nightmare. Three months ago, I ordered two beds and bed frames, expecting delivery and setup within five weeks. I’m still waiting. They managed to deliver one bed after seven weeks, but it was missing the bed frame. The second bed came in the wrong color and was also missing the bed frame. Now, 12 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the correct second bed and both bed frames. Customer service is polite but useless—they can't escalate or resolve their own mistakes. Their shipment partner, RXO, is just as bad, with both companies blaming each other for the errors. I'm stuck in the middle with no resolution in sight. Given this terrible experience, I will never buy from Casper again. CB2 has beautiful beds at similar prices and exceptional customer service. This has been so frustrating that I even reached out to Casper's CEO on LinkedIn, but he hasn’t responded in eight weeks. Don’t trust them—you’ll regret it.

    Three years ago, my wife and I bought matching Wave Hybrid Mattresses (Twin XLs) and the Casper Adjustable Pro bed frame. Hers is fine, but mine has been a headache. The mattress started sagging in the middle, even though we rotate it as directed. Trying to get help from Casper was a nightmare. Fernando, the email guy, was always nice but getting anything resolved was impossible. Casper kept asking for photos and measurements, dragging the process out for over a month. In the end, they just suggested rotating the mattress or buying a topper. So frustrating, especially for a premium product. I'll be tossing this mattress and looking for a new brand.     Wow, dealing with Casper's customer service was a real headache. Ordered a mattress, but they messed up the pin code, cancelling it right away. Called them up, and it was like talking to a wall—kept hearing the system had rejected it, so nothing they could do. After pushing hard, one person found the error, created a new invoice, and I tried again. Guess what? Cancelled again. Now, two charges sitting on my credit card, and no mattress in sight. Every call to support just gets a shrug—no answers. First, they said I'd see a refund in 2-3 days, but when that passed, suddenly it was 14 days. It's been a long wait, and holding funds for this long, especially for their own mistakes, just feels wrong.

    Nightmare with Casper

    I gotta say, buying from Casper was a complete disaster. Ordered a bedframe with pillowboard back in November, expecting it by early January. Sure, holidays and all, but come Feb, still no delivery or tracking info. Tried contacting customer service, and after endless emails, they said it was "in-route." Another week, still nothing, then it’s "almost" at their shipping partner. Yet another week passes, and now they claim the shipment is lost! They promised a replacement, but weeks went by with no updates, calls, or tracking. It's been nearly 3 months and I'm done sleeping on the floor. Requested a full refund and won’t spend another cent on Casper. Save yourself the headache and avoid them!

    I bought a Casper hybrid pillow from Sleep Country because it claimed to stay cool for over 12 hours. Well, that’s a total lie. It only stays cool for about 4 minutes before it starts heating up. I went back to Sleep Country to return it, but they refused. I even pointed out the issue, but no luck. Called customer service, thinking Casper's 30-day trial would help. Nope, they flat out said they wouldn't honor it. Reached out to Casper and told them about the issue with their retailer, but they didn't care either. So now I'm stuck with an overpriced pillow that doesn't work. Avoid Casper and Sleep Country if you can.

    I bought a bed from this company in 2019, and now it's causing me back problems because it's sagging. She suggested turning the bed, which I had already mentioned we did often, and buying a £300 topper. Felt like she just wanted to get rid of me. Her service was terrible, and she didn't even bother to reply to my emails after that. Really disappointed with how they treat their customers and don't stand by their guarantee.

    I ordered a mattress and was looking forward to its arrival, but the delivery experience was a bit of a letdown. The delivery person just left it on my doorstep and didn't even check if I was home. The box was damaged, which was a bummer. I was hoping they'd at least bring it inside, but no such luck.     You won’t believe the nightmare we’ve had with Casper mattresses. Bought it thinking we’d get a solid 10 years out of it, but it barely made it to five. Tried to get a replacement, but they said no and promised a refund instead. That was back in May. It’s been 7 months, and we’ve sent what feels like a million emails, yet still no refund.
