I really enjoy using the unit, but I encountered an issue when connecting my GPS unit. The volume on my Cardo notifications, such as when I turn on the unit, became excessively loud. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find a way to adjust the volume back down. Overall, I love the product, but I'm seeking assistance on resolving this particular volume problem. Any suggestions?

Fantastic products! Instead of constantly switching one unit between helmets or buying separate headsets for each helmet, I now have a dedicated communication system for each helmet. I managed to snag them on sale, and I highly recommend the Cardo units.

Microphone performance surpasses expectations, exhibiting minimal wind interference. Slim-profile speakers outshine a competitor, seamlessly fitting into my helmet. However, deducting a star due to less-than-intuitive controls and occasional pairing hiccups. Generally content with the product.

Shiping weren't too quick but that's okay. Not happy with the sound, hardly better than the stock 40mm ones I got with the Packtalk Bold dual pack. Just a hint more bass but only when not moving. When riding, wind and engine noise cover the low sounds and all you hear are the same middles and highs as before. Also, feels like less overall volume. Feels like maxing out when I should get a bit more. Yes, I know, high volumes aren't good for ears. But this is a critique and I'll be critical. End of the day, feels like wasted $90.

Customer service was awful. They don't provide a phone number or email address. My microphone stopped working. I have Cardo Spirit, good value, great system. But mic broke, can't replace under warranty. No way to contact them. No phone or email, just fill in info page. They won't get back to you.

Absence of human support or information, leaving customers stranded. Attempted a refund, only to be hit with additional shipment and customs charges. Discontent with the purchase, strongly advise against considering this company.
