When you finally talk to someone it's some rude woman who basically says it's not her problem and to just wait it out. 5 days ago I called and she told me it could take up to 10 days (which will exceed my 2-week mark for results). When I called back today, I got THE SAME answer. Tell me why I spent almost $1000 for a service I can't even access? I switched from another provider to CHC for what, my money to be thrown away? I am not happy.
