I was about to give up but spoke with Heizel. She gave me her email to give to my doctor to resend the prescription so it could be updated. She's the only one to help me like this & I am so thankful for her.

The company's software is kinda awkward, but you can handle it. Waiting for backup and verifying stuff takes a long time. The cost is around half of what it is in the US because of some drugs not being covered anymore. It's not fair that doctors in the US can't get certain drugs except in Canada. Canada, we're happy you exist!
