I was happy with the service I got from Stephanie, she was kind and responded quickly. On the other hand, I was quite annoyed because I still haven’t received a receipt for the transaction, even though I asked Stephanie for it multiple times, and she told me twice that I would get it. I don’t think this is her fault, but rather an issue with the Business Skies system, and I strongly recommend fixing this. It’s not enough to just be told I can find the charge on my credit card. I need an invoice, as it’s unusual for a business not to provide one by default.

The flight options provided by the service are often inconvenient, involving numerous stops and routes that seem to fly out of the way to reach the destination. The limited choices make the selection process less than ideal.

The booking process was acceptable

The booking process was acceptable, but things took an unexpected turn when we sought seat assignments, and @irlines hit us with a hefty $400 charge due to our third-party booking. The supposed benefits of cost savings through Business Class were nullified. Until this issue is addressed, we're hesitant to consider Business Class with them again!

Business Skies ticket marked as fraud by airline; no refunds

The airline did not honor the ticket I bought from Business Skies and I had to buy a new last minute ticket, at the airport. Business Skies refused to issue a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I will not buy from Business Skies again. Read on for the detail… This was my fourth experience with them. The first three had no issues. The problem ticket was with Turkish Airlines. I paid Business Skies $3172 for a one-way ticket, and another $70 to change the departure date the day after my purchase (because my plans changed). I went to the airport 3 hours before my flight. The check-in clerk told me the transaction was marked as fraud, and did not let me check in. The only way to get on was buying a last minute, net-new ticket at the airport. When I complained to Business Skies they wrote to me “unfortunately ticket get no show and they are refunding just the taxes and it will be refunded to the your card 312.80 USD”. I called the airline directly. They told me they issued a full refund. (In other words, it was *not* marked as a no-show.) When I confronted Business Skies, they offered me a discount towards future purchase: “Please keep calm sir. We will apply the amount for your next trip here”. When I refused, they offered a partial refund: “As I discussed with my manager We can give you a partial refund from our company's side. $2593”. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company. Best case, I get the original ticket money back, but I will never get back the time I lost at the airport battling with the airline staff, the stress, and the high last minute ticket price.

What a scam. I was actually ASKED to request a quote through BusinessSkies automated system. Ok no problem. Gave my information twice and they lost it twice! Then I was contacted again a few weeks later by C.Cage and he said “oh that was a previous employee and he was fired, please send your information again and I will help you.” Frustrating I did so, and this knucklehead sent the wrong dates and the wrong airports. Six. 6, more request and C.Cage tells me the flights do not exist. REALLY!?!?! He quoted me $8190 through wrong airport, and stated “it is going to be much more expensive through requested airport”… Ok, How much more? What is the 20% guarantee Business-Skies offers? Full of lies and scams, was lied to about availability and airports, I found EXACT Airport/Airlines/Dates/Class etc… at $2494 plus taxs @ $940 for total of $3434 !!! Where is the $4800 mark up come from? That does not sound like a 20% “GUARANTEE”!!! Called him out, showed my pricing DIRECT from Airline! And he ceased emails. Business-Skies.com is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I booked my ticket through Business Skies, and the experience was far from satisfactory. They had me transfer 192,000 points to an unauthorized account, which, upon further investigation, appears to be a violation of legal regulations. Despite their claims, they charged an additional $1716.32 under the pretext that the ticket was partially booked with miles and the rest with cash. However, it seems this was not the case, as I had to cancel the ticket later on. When I sought a refund of the miles in my Aeroplan account, they failed to comply and never used the miles to book the ticket, making it impossible for Air Canada to process a refund. It's important to note that their practice of transferring miles from a credit card is legally questionable. I strongly caution against dealing with a person named Moe Bishop; my experience suggests he may engage in deceptive practices.

This company is a complete scam! Attempting to find any trace of them, whether on their site or elsewhere, is like chasing ghosts. Now, they've managed to squeeze $3K out of me for a ticket, along with cancellation insurance, and I've got absolutely nothing to show for it. I went ahead and disputed the credit card charge, but they went all out in misrepresenting the facts to the credit card company, making sure I couldn't recover a single penny. These guys are nothing but scammers. Take heed and watch out for those 'positive reviews' they've clearly fabricated to deceive unsuspecting consumers.

We paid for the trip protection plan, but they said they could only give us a future credit not our money back. They said there was no time limit on the credits, but then they said there was a time limit and then, the credits expired we lost $15,000
