I’ve tried new meals that I wouldn’t have thought to make, and the flavors were great. It felt like eating a restaurant-quality meal at home for a much lower price. Another great thing is how flexible the service is. Skipping weeks or changing plans is really easy, which fits my busy lifestyle. If you want to save time, try new recipes, and eat great, Blue Apron is worth it. I definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys tasty, home-cooked meals without all the hassel.

Me and my family reely liked the Blue Apron Holiday Roast box meal kit. The beef tenderloin was super tender and tasty. Everything was easy to make & the ingredients were fresh. The rainbow carrots and cheesy potato bake were also great. Making a salad and dessert - perfection!

In general, the food is consistently good, no complaints there. However, recent issues have arisen with customer service and quality control. For instance, in our Thanksgiving box this year, we received the wrong items, which caused some stress during meal preparation. Although I reached out for assistance, the response provided was standard and not particularly helpful. It left me feeling frustrated, especially considering the magnitude of preparing a holiday meal alone. Another recurring issue is the format of the recipe cards. Providing four separate cards for a single meal creates unnecessary confusion. It would be much more practical to have a comprehensive schedule outlining the entire cooking process. Even a dedicated app could streamline this process, allowing users to input their box selections and add-ons while generating a customized cooking timeline. This level of organization seems like a reasonable expectation, particularly from a company like Blue Apron.

It was great not having to stress about getting everything for a holiday meal, but the box missed the potatoes, and I only realized just before I needed them. Ended up making a quick trip to the store.

I think Blue Apron is okay, but it costs a lot, and there’s often something missing from my deliveries! When I try to contact them about this, no one seems to help me at all!
