Ordered 5 blinds of the same
Ordered 5 blinds of the same dimensions for my apartment remodel, and unfortunately, the experience with Blindster left me quite frustrated. Out of the five blinds, four were delivered with the correct measurements, but one was an inch wider than it should have been – a clear mistake on their part.
Upon discovering this discrepancy, I promptly contacted Blindster to address the issue. I was instructed to send a picture along with a tape measure to substantiate my claim. I promptly emailed the requested documentation but received no response. Concerned about the lack of communication, I made a follow-up call, seeking an alternative method to submit the necessary evidence. However, the provided number didn't allow me to forward the picture.
In an attempt to salvage my remodeling project, I called Blindster once again, this time to place an order for a replacement blind. To my dismay, I was informed that the company was already reviewing the situation. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem, the bottom line is that I received no response from Blindster, leaving me out an additional $64.
The lack of communication and failure to rectify their mistake has left me dissatisfied with Blindster's customer service. It's disappointing to face such challenges when all I wanted was a smooth and hassle-free experience during my apartment remodel.
