Just started the program and got an unexpected call from costumer service agent Emily to my delight. She was awesome and made my concerns truly cared about. Emily didn't rush me, we had a real girl to girl talk. If this is just the start, the rest of the journey will be great!

I wanna talk about my awesome time with Bistro MD Customer Service phone line. I rang them up twice with questions, and they were super helpful both times. The people I talked to were really nice and knew what they were doing. Good service like that deserves a shoutout.

I quite liked almost all the food options. They were yummy and really filling. The snacks were meh but that's typical for protein-packed snacks. If you're serious about losing weight, this is a solid pick. Lots of good choices.

It’s definitely handy to have meals ready to just heat and eat. Delivery went smoothly, and substitutions were handled well. The ingredients are of decent quality, like real meat rather than processed stuff. However, freezing and reheating impact the look and taste of the food quite a bit. I found more meals that didn’t suit my taste than those I enjoyed. Some dishes had seasoning that wasn’t quite right for me. The portions would have been fine if the meals were more filling. I wouldn’t bother with the extra snacks either, as most weren’t great.

I just want to leave some feedback about your café location in the Asean Dr CTP building. I ordered the Bistro Iced Coffee, and it tasted quite bad since it wasn’t sweet at all. The two ladies tried adding more sweetener, but it still didn’t improve. The girl who seemed to be the manager said, "You're the only one who says that, ma'am." It would have been fine if the coffee’s taste was how it’s meant to be. However, her comment and the lack of clear explanation were disappointing. Also, when I asked about the iced coffee, she just pointed to the poster. It would have been better if she had offered me other choices. I hope you take the time to read this feedback.
