But, it wasn't clear that taxes weren't included in the prices, so I was surprised and a bit let down when a 24% tax was added at checkout on what I thought was the final price. I’m not used to this in European countries. This is the only downside so far, everything else was good! I’m now waiting for my order and will share my thoughts on the products once they arrive :)

My order got mixed up by FedEx. I sent a picture of my door and the ones FedEx provided to show what happened. I also tried finding my neighbor in the apartment complex. Customer service said they don't usually resend packages if marked delivered but made an exception. Now, I'm waiting for the new tracking. It's frustrating. I have proof of successful deliveries with photos and could show where FedEx left it. I spent about an hour searching my apartment complex for the package.

The company's shipping is tardy. I preordered 2 toys in Nov. One was due in Dec, came in Feb, the other in Mar, got here now in May. Hard to grasp the purpose of preordering when it's 2 months late. But customer service was awesome, very friendly and quick to respond. The phone homepage isn't working well, but I like shopping there and would recommend Bellesa.

I found a great deal on the Aurora 2 during Black Friday, but unfortunately, my package was stolen when it arrived. I was really disappointed because I had been so excited about the deal and was worried I’d have to pay full price for a new one. However, Bellesa was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They made an exception and kindly agreed to send me a replacement, even though they don’t usually do that.
