My interaction with Autobuffy
My interaction with Autobuffy.com was a bit frustrating, but they did handle things well in the end. I placed two separate orders, and unfortunately, the first one was out of stock. They informed me a few days later and promptly issued a refund. However, on the second order, there was a significant delay in shipping. Customer service took some time to respond, which was a bit disappointing. After a couple of follow-up calls, they finally canceled the order, but it turned out the part was already on its way to me. The issue was with FedEx pickup, which took four days. Nevertheless, Autobuffy was honest and refunded me once the part was returned to them. Despite the hiccups, I would recommend ordering parts from Auto buffy, as they were upfront and quick to resolve the issues.
