I was pleasantly surprised by the swift and efficient service provided by the company. From my initial inquiry to installation, the process was seamless. A friendly representative assessed our needs, determined costs, and coordinated the order. On the chosen day, a skilled installer from Oklahoma efficiently set up our stairlift. The flexibility to reschedule and the proactive offer to move up the installation date showcased excellent customer service. Overall, we are highly impressed and satisfied with both the company and its dedicated team.

Very fast to respond

Very fast to respond to first question, setting up was simple and convenient, their consultant was really nice and very knowing, and putting in was quick and easy. Putter in was great too. Our first putting in was called off but we were glad that they could come out the very next day. New stairlift was put in and ready for use in just a couple hours. Quality product; has been so helpful for getting in and out of the house (split level).

From the very beginning when we called them, to when our stair lift was installed, the service from Acorn was really great. The people were nice and knew what they were doing. We're really happy with them and will tell others about them if they need this kind of help. But be careful with their fragrances, they can be really bad. I made the mistake of buying two without trying them first.

The installer did a great job, very polite and went out of his way to help me put back a hand rail that had to be removed for the lift installation. The chair lift is working well and simple to use.

The Acorn fulfilled all my needs & wants. The design was made to suit our elegant, winding staircase to the 3rd floor. Now, I can reach every room in the house. The installation went well with a friendly technician. Our sales rep was wise and assisted us in choosing placements and landing areas. A nice experience and I'm happy with the service Acorn gave.

The company was good. Employees were professional and answered questions on time. They were good at following up, reminding us of the next steps. The installer was very good. I wish he had asked if we wanted our washable/removable stair carpet pads drilled permanently into the posts.

Gordon's professionalism and efficiency deserve a solid 5-star rating during his visit. On the flip side, Mr. Crichton's customer service in Orlando falls short with a mere 1 star. Scheduling delays stretched over a year, and the final cost exceeded the initial quote by a staggering $840. Disappointing experience overall.

My stairlift experience has been disguisting. After only 2 hours of use, it stopped working. Despite two calls to the helpline, the issue remains unresolved, and I'm left waiting for a repair without any updates. The lack of communication is concerning, especially since my family relies on the lift for daily functioning.
