Ace's transparency is a breath of fresh air. They displayed the total price, including all fees and taxes, upfront before checkout. This is a welcome change from other sites where additional costs can be a nasty surprise after you've already spent time entering your purchase information.

The website was alright, not too complicated to navigate. It could have been better if they explained how the tickets would be transferred through Ticketmaster. Since it was my first time using a ticket recycler, I usually buy concert tickets directly from the venue's websites. But I managed fine, and now the tickets are also in AppleWallet, which is handy.
