I think the leader of the platform should be more aware of the type of people joining and address the issue, as there are individuals who misuse the platform to mistreat female listeners. This is a major concern for me... On the positive side, there are many good experiences. I get to connect with people who need someone to listen, and it feels rewarding to help just by being there for them. The mentors I had during my internship were really good—authentic and understanding. Overall, my experiences have been good. I've spent most of my time with sincere members.
