    The onboarding process went smoothly, and their support team, especially Jennifer, provided excellent customer service. It would be more convenient if I could update lead filters directly on their online portal instead of having to submit an email request to support. However, given the team's responsiveness to email communication, I don't see this as a major issue.

    The onboarding process went very smooth and their support team is really helpful and quick to respond (big thanks to Jennifer for great customer care!). I do wish I could change lead filters right in their online portal instead of sending an email to support, but since their team replies so fast to emails, I don’t see this as a big problem.

    To start, their customer service is great!

    To start, their customer service is great! Definitely worth 5 stars. I gave 4 stars because although we get some good leads, many don't match. You gotta go through lots of bad ones to find a good one. But when you find it, it pays off for the next round. Overall, it's good.

    The company tried hard, but my small account got too much attention. Still, no leads. Calls aren't answered. Emails fail. Voicemail full. Common issues, but hurt my workers' comp practice. I'm 1/14, $175 each.
