Lasta helps me stay focused and moving forward. The calorie counter showed me I wasn’t eating enogh to support my body right. I’ve finally pushed past my long weight loss standstill and I can see real changes now! I enjoy the indoor walks and use the other exercises to get fitter. Tracking food, water and daily weight keeps me going strong!

4th month and great results!

I´ve been using this app for 3 month by now and lost 11 kilos. For some people this may not seem too much, but for me it´s a great result!

I used the Lasta app to help build some muscles and it sent me morning alerts to wake up my body and another alert later to remind me to exercise. Everything went fine, but... I couldn’t find the time to do the workouts, which is my fault ofc. When I cancelled my subscription, the next payment still went through, so I asked for a refund. Ryan Baker from support answered fast and said they would give me my money back, which they did. That doesn’t always happen these days, so I decided to write this review.

Nice way of mixing workouts, fasting, and keeping track of calories.

Price is a bit much for me. Thomas helped sort out the charge that came just before my free trial ended. Thankss

Billy Shepherd replied to my emails well, though it took some time to figure out why I was charged twice. Looking at their FAQs, this seems to happen often. He was polite and gave me two extra months free, but they didn’t refund the double charge. They said I had a main plan plus another one, but I only got one email confirming I joined the Morning Walk subscription.

The biggest help came from Lisa West — her tips, support, and kind words kept me going and feeling sure of myself all the way. The app is simple to use, and the fasting plans were much easier than I expected. I didn’t feel too pushed or like it was too much — it all felt fair and something I could keep up with. Lasta helped me think diffrently about food and my daily habits in a way that makes sense. Would totally recomend it to anyone who wants an easy, helpful way to lose weight and feel good in their body!

While getting my Lasta subscription, I somehow ended up picking an extra add-on that I didn’t mean to get. I quickly contacted customer support to ask for my money back. They got back to me right away and gave the refund without any hassle. I've delt with apps before that don’t treat customers well. But Lasta helped me out and I’m realy glad they did!

Between classes, a part-time job, and just trying to stay sane, I didn’t think I had the time or energy to take care of my health. But Lasta makes it so easy. No pressure, no complicated setup — just small steps that actually fit into real life. It’s like having a gentle nudge in the right direction. It has everything I need. The workouts are really useful, no need to go to the gym. My back pain has also gone!

The best app to keep your body healthy

My goal wasn't to lose a lot of weight, but to tighten my body and adapt my workouts to my free time. Thanks to Lasta, I'm already seeing my first results and I really like the reminders to drink water, because I always forget about it.

STAY AWAY!

Stay away from this company. If I could leave them 0 stars, I would. I was excited to sign up, but noticed right away that they charged me multiple times. I reached out to let them know, but they tooks weeks (literally, WEEKS) to reply to me. And when they did reply, their response was that they wouldn't refund any payments. Huh? So I had to get paypal involved, and paypal made them refund one of the payments. Great (except that it took two months for me to get my money back). By then, I told Lasta that I wanted ALL of my money back, because their customer service is attrocious. I have never registered, and have never used the app at all, and I wanted a refund. Their response was that they don't have to refund my money and so they're not going to. They do not care about their customers, and if they can rip you off, they will. STAY AWAY!

I really enjoy having all the tracking tools

I really enjoy having all the tracking tools in one place along with the custom plan. This is my first time using a fitness app, and I was so interested in this one that I didn’t mind paying for it. Definitely worth the money. My motivation for working out is coming back, and I’ve missed feeling this way.

I really enjoy the chair yoga classes. They were simple for me to follow. When I needed to cancel because of money issues, they were really understanding and supportive, especially Kate! She made everything so easy.

I’ve been using Lasta for a couple of months and I’m really happy with what it’s done for me. The intermittent fasting app has helped me a lot in managing my routine. I used to eat out of time because of stress or emotional cravings, but now I can keep control and stick to good habits with the app's support. The workouts are also nice and fit into my daily routine easily. It’s super convenient and works well.

Up until now, I've been having a decent experience. I had some difficulty logging in at first, but Emma assisted me, and now everything works fine. I've mostly been focusing on yoga and paying attention to my diet. Since I’m post-menopausal, progress is a bit slow, but I’m still seeing some toning and keeping track of what I’m doing.

Lasta thieves

They do not allow you to click on cancel subscription. It is there on their site but you cannot cancel it. The thieves have gotten smarter and we are all getting robbed. It’s a shame that they offer such high hopes but do not allow you to cancel if it isn’t how you want to lose weight.

Total ripoff

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Terrible terrible company! Was never able to login, several emails and no help! Asked for a refund since I couldn’t even log in to use what I purchased and then they tried to hit my account for $80!! I only subscribed to a $10 plan!! (Which btw turned into $20 the second I paid!!) They say no refund because of terms and conditions for something I never received!! Very shady!! So angry!!

Complete Scam! You CC will be charged over and over.

Do not sign up for this app!!!! They will auto bill you numerous times at 5 times the original advertised price! I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and PayPal. Numerous correspondence with Lasta has resulted nothing but rhetoric. They can not explain the multiple charges in various amounts placed on my credit card. Avoid this scam!

I faced a problem with the app stopping in the middle of a workout. It was pretty annoying. When I reached out to Lasta, Billie replied quickly and helped me fix it step by step until the app was running fine. Such great customer support!! I’m really happy with the Lasta app and pleased with how they treat their users. Highly recomend.

I recently purchased the Chair Yoga program

I recently purchased the Chair Yoga program and the Meal plan at a discounted price, but there was an issue with the meal plan being charged at the full rate before the trial period ended. I contacted Lasta, and after explaining everything to Zoe, she fixed the error and issued a refund. As a business owner myself, I believe a company's reputation depends on how it addresses mistakes or complaints. Zoe responded in a professional way and resolved the problem after everything was clarified. I'm enjoying the Chair Yoga and hope to continue it for the entire duration and more.
