    Stoked about genuine gear

Clicked pay with Apple Pay, boom confirmed. That first spin-up of the VFD felt great. Will use again for the next line.

    Saved my panel build

A tech pointed me to the correct breaker curve in one email. Relief. Order shipped consolidated, fewer boxes to track.

    Good inventory, clunky UI

Search filters felt technical and slow on mobile. Helped me choose the right HMI though, with patient email advice. Mixed feelings.

    Parts arrived well packed

Felt satisfied unboxing genuine contactors and DIN accessories. One non-stock item delayed the box, but support set expectations clearly.

    Trade signup, fast quoting

Registered a B2B account, found the ABB drive, and requested a quote. Navigation is dense but powerful. Checkout with card worked first try.

    Robust catalog, dense ui

Registration was straight and account pricing visible after login. The UI is technical but fine for trade buyers. Tech support helped me confirm a PLC and HMI pairing in one call. Non-stock lead times were accurate.

    Helpful engineering guidance

Emailed a BOM for drives, contactors, and breakers. They recommended compatible parts and flagged a better lead time on an alternative HMI. Checkout was smooth with Apple Pay and shipment arrived consolidated. Genuine parts, well packed.

    Smart folks, quirky portal

Onboarding to their portal was fine, and file exchange worked. Naming conventions felt quirky, but at least they were consistent. After two iterations, the design met spec and my CAD stopped yelling at me.

    Detail oriented engineering team

We needed a mechanical redesign and received a complete model set, drawings, and a clear BOM. Queries were answered quickly, revisions tracked neatly, and file naming matched our standards. Handover felt meticulous and vendors had zero trouble quoting.
