    Verification delay, friendly updates

I placed an order and it got held while they confirmed my prescription with the doctor. Chat kept me posted with polite updates and suggested a small change to my shipping speed once it cleared. The package arrived the day after it shipped, no damage. Prices weren’t the absolute lowest, but the calm support during the delay made up for it. If your doc is slow to respond, expect an extra day.

    Prednosti

    • Chat kept me updated during verification
    • Smart tip to tweak shipping speed
    • Box showed up the day after it shipped

    Slabosti

    • Doctor verification added an extra day

    Easy returns, fuzzy pricing

The site is smooth and my order was correct, but the final price at checkout crept up after promos and fees. Not outrageous, just not what the banner teased. I appreciated how simple it was to return an unopened box when my prescription changed, and the refund landed without drama. I’ll still use them for the convenience and service, just not for rock-bottom pricing.
