This compny, it's not so bad. It took a while for my first order but Amazon's faster. The quality's alright, I dunno why folks complain. On Amazon, they don't have all styles, so I went direct, took two weeks. Sizing, go one up, works for me.

They did good - was a bit weird when I owed .1 cent after paying my bill - maybe a currency fluctuation? The clothes are nice - I got a suggestion for a new design, tell me where to send pics

Great quality clothing. I usually wear a large but got an X-Large, good shipping, fast service. Can't speak for others, but my experiance was nice.

The shirt I got was nice but didn’t seem worth the price I paid. I also decided to try the Black Friday surprise box, hoping for at least one good shirt, but instead, I got a terrible pair of shorts and a shirt with a large year printed on it. The items didn’t even go well together, and the only decent thing was a pair of socks. It’s clear that the “surprise” boxes are just old items that they try to sell off as something special. I won’t be shopping here again because the value and quality don’t match the cost.

Watch out! This company is a SCAM! They said they delivered my item, but there’s no record of it on my Ring Camera. Their response to my complaint was to ask me to check with my neighbor. No attempt to investigate my claim or provide tracking. I feel like I’ve been tricked. It seemed too good to be true.

These are products made and sent from China, I wish I had looked at more reviews before buying. Clothes are still falling apart after just a few days of use. I won't waste my time returning them, don’t want to pay for shipping back to China. Stay away from this company.

Their desings are a ripof of other desgners. One look at Shugerhill Brighton and there you have it - the REEL desgners (and doing fashun responsibly too!) I'll be givin my bizness to companys that treet desgners and our planet with respekt.

I never got my order, even though Yanwen (whoever they are) says it was delivered. Oxknit hasn't replied to my complaint, but I can guess they'll blame Yanwen. The thing is, I didn't order from Yanwen. I ordered from Oxknit.

This company isn't good. I got cardigans ruined 'cause of bad dye. Even after washing right, dye leaked and spoiled white piping. I emailed customer service many times, but they ignored me. Not satisfied.

Terrible customer service! Avoid these scammers. I ordered 4 items from Oxknit. 1 arrived as expected; 3 did not. 1 item arrived with different measurements that did not match the website. I contacted customer service. They said they would send a return label and provide a refund. They never did. 2 items arrived damaged (1 with pulls in the fabric, the other with 9(!) loose strings. Customer service admitted there was a problem with their factory and that they would correct it. However, they told me to fix it myseld and refused to take a refund. I had to challenge with my credit card.

Bought some pants from this company in China, checked all their size charts to make sure they'd fit loosely. Well, they arrived two sizes too small. Reached out to them, and somehow it's my fault? They wouldn't even cover return shipping, which they claimed was around $30. My invoice showed original shipping was only $10.90. Lots of back and forth later, they wouldn't even let me exchange them without me paying another $28 for the right size, or they offered a measly 30% off the wrong size. After all this nonsense, I'm done dealing with them. What a waste of time and money.

It’s not great: If you want to return something, you’re stuck paying for the shipping all the way to China, which ends up being more expensive than the product itself. They seem to be aware of this issue, so they offer a 15% discount if you choose to keep the item. What’s even more suspicious is that the parcel is sent from a company in Sweden. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Oxknit. Returning products is costly and inconvenient.
