Ordered clothes for a birthday. Waited nearly 3 MONTHS for them to show up. Asked to cancel or get a refund, but they kept refusing. Finally got the package, and the clothes were awful quality, like cheap stuff from China. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Poor Customer Service - Low-Quality Items - Terrible Delivery

I picked up a couple of sweaters from Oxknit recently. They took around 3 weeks to arrive, even though the tracking said they were still on the way. Got a good laugh outta that. Anyway, the sweaters are here. The material's pretty thin, but I’d say the quality’s a solid 4 out of 5. The fit is great, which is a plus. Honestly, I don’t expect them to last too long after a few washes. If you're in a rush, Oxknit might not be the best choice.

I was all set to buy something using Paypal, but then my purchase got canceled. I got a message from my credit card company and decided to give them a call. Turns out, they've had a bunch of claims from people who bought from this HongKong company called Oxknit. That was enough for me to skip it. Feels like I dodged a bullet.

WARNING!! I engaged the services of this company, and they did not live up to their online representation. Their team's attitude is unhelpful, the response is slow, and the experience is subpar. When I requested assistance, I was met with reluctance and was offered an inadequate solution.

Their designs seem like copies of other designers' work. After checking out Sugarhill Brighton, it's clear they're not the original designers (and they focus on sustainable fashion too!) I'll be supporting businesses that value designers and the environment. No thanks to stolen designs!

Good results! I was nervous about trying this company due to the mix of reviews. I ordered on November 20th, got a shipment update the next day, a tracking code on the 22nd, and delivery updates on the 28th, which was Thanksgiving. The two sweaters I got look the same as shown online. The site said to pick 2XL, but I think 1XL could have been fine too. I'll keep them since the size is close enough, and I don’t want to deal with an exchange. Overall, I’ll probaly shop here again.

Ik heb nu drie keer bij Oxknit gewinkeld, en ik ben er helemaal tevreden over. De ontwerpen vind ik geweldig en de kwaliteit is echt goed. De verzending was in alle drie de gevallen op tijd. Ik heb geen ervaring met het retourneren of ruilen van gekochte kleding, en ook geen ervaring met hun klantenservice. Ik geef Oxknit een volle score, alleen al omdat ik hun unieke kledingcollectie zo leuk vind.

I was skeptical because I had never heard of this site. I saw an add on Facebook with a sweater that I just had to have so I took the risk. My sweater came in a week or two and looked like the photo! It was pretty cheap, so I didn't expect much but I am happy. If you're curious, I got the black lightning bolt sweater and it's very thin, but it fits true to size and it was worth what I paid. Legit site.

My orange cardigan came in yesterday, and I’m super happy with it - the only thing is, I’m just 5’4, so a few of the cardigans are a little long, but it's no big deal!

I've made a few purchases with Oxknit and overall had a nice time with them. The sizes match what they show, and the quality is quite decent. There were some loose threads here and there, but nothing that a small lighter couldn't take care of. It's a bit odd to see so many bad reviews, as my own orders were just fine. Shipping wasn't too long, and everything came in proper packaging.

I placed my first order and it took some time to arrive, but I found that ordering from their Amazon store sped things up. The quality is decent, not sure why others are complaining about it. However, Amazon doesn’t offer all the styles, so I ordered directly from their website, and it took about two weeks to get here. They’re fine overall, but I’d recommend ordering a size up.

I really like the Oxknit tops.

I really like the Oxknit tops. I own 4 of them. I always hand-wash them, so I haven’t had issues with shrinking like some others. Oxknit has been great for me in terms of comfort and quality. I always get a lot of compliments when I wear them. I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs. I wear a medium in their knit tops. I haven’t bought any of their other products.
