My rep was Lizeth Camacho. She fastly put together Builders Risk Ins quotes from 3 different companies and emailed them to me. After I picked one, she answered all the questions I had. There were a couple of glitchees, primarily because after the policy was issued, I needed to change the effective date. But Lizeth patiently guided me through the process and everything was great. What I liked the most was that she always answered her phone and I didn't have to speak to a computer, which almost never happens in todays world.

My experience with Builders Risk was good. Jim Kocchiu was my customer service rep and he was great. I called and emailed 3 companies asking for info on a builders risk ins policy. Jim was the only one who called me back. We talked and he sent over a quote for me to take a look at and then he checked back with me the next day. He wasn't pushy, he was just helpful. I had no idea what I needed but he walked me through the process and I have a policy now and at a great price. Thank you Jim for being so kind and helpful.

The company's service was disappointing. I made a mistake by putting the wrong account number on the ACH form, which was my fault. I promptly tried to correct it the same day by emailing a copy of a check. However, it took them three days to address the issue. Moreover, they were considering charging for NSF despite there being sufficient funds in the account.
