I really like these patches! I use two before I drink and just leave them on, taking them off when I wake up. They work SO SO SO well!!! Honestly, these are not a gimmick, if you want less of a hangover then try these!! I've already bought them three times and will continue buying them! Also, the company was really great and when I mentioned a small issue with adhesion, they sent me a new pack that was perfect! Their customer service is awesome, and I highly recommend these. You can also use them for things other than drinking, like hiking or anything where you need to keep your electrolytes up, these are great for that too in my view!!
