Ordered 2 shirts but got just one, which was poorly made. Stitches were off and threads everywhere. They also sent a dreadful white polka dot shirt instead of my second one. I told them about the mix-up, and they told me to return the £15 shirt, but they had no returns process and I had to pay for return postage... to China. After many messages, I only got an £8 credit. Avoid this site. Very low-quality clothing and no customer service.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The clothes I received were of cheap quality, clearly from China. When I received the wrong product, their solution was inadequate—they offered to refund only half the price or make me foot the bill for an exorbitant return fee. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I’m giving 1 star because there’s no option for 0. I ordered a pink hoodie for my girlfriend and was informed it was shipped. The next day, I was told that materials from Vietnam were needed. Today, I received a scam call that seemed to be from them. Legit companies don’t call you like this. Avoid this company at all costs; I’m taking legal action.

Total waste of time, at first they took almost 2 months to deliver my order because they ran out of stock. Then when the package arrived, one of the hoodies was a completely different color. I emailed them about it and it took them a week to reply with an apology. They asked for a photo of the issue, which I sent, but after that, they didn’t reply. I emailed again and it took 3 days for them to send a generic $10 voucher. I told them I didn’t want the coupon and just wanted a refund, but they never bothered to respond.

Avoid this compny. Prduct qualty is low for the price. Waited 6 weeks for delivery from China. Sent wrong size. Refund not full despite return policy.

Als er endlich da war, war es ein völlig anderer Pullover als der, den ich bestellt hatte. Ich habe zwei Mails geschickt, um mitzuteilen, dass ich die falsche Bestellung bekommen habe, und zwei Wochen später bekam ich eine Antwort, dass sie den bestellten Pullover nicht haben und ich den falschen auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden muss, wenn ich eine Rückerstattung möchte – eine Adresse geben sie mir nicht. Betrug!!

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a scam. Despite their website's claims of accepting returns for inappropriate products, when I received the wrong jacket, they refused to honor their policy. Instead, they offered me a paltry credit or refund, far less than what I paid. This blatant dishonesty and fraudulent behavior are unacceptable. This company is a total scam. I waited nearly 2 months for my order, and when it finally came, it was complete garbage. The items were nothing like what I saw in the photos, and 4 out of the 9 items were totally wrong. They don’t respond to any messages, they won’t give a refund, and returning the items would cost almost as much as the items themselves. Never again! I’ve basically wasted my money.

This company is a RIPOFF!! Avoid buying from them because they just want to take your money. Their tracking system claims my package was "delivered," but that's not true. I never got the item. I contacted their customer service for a refund, and they just kept pointing me to their tracker saying "delivered," which was totally wrong. I will be challenging the charge with my credit card company.

I bought 2 hoodies and a shirt, it said delivery would be in 2-3 weeks but it arrived in just 1 week, which was amazing. The shirt came with some shorts, which I didn’t expect but I’m happy about it. 10/10 service

I ordored a gift for my partner on a whim. Then I received a tracking email that made no sense, so I checked the reviews and got very worried as they're all so bad. But I was happily surprised when 9 days later my order arrived. The colour of the hoodie is slightly less vibrant than pictured on the website, but other than that it's exactly as I expected. It's a nice thick hoodie and seems good quality, and the print quality is decent. My partner is very happy. Dunno if I just got lucky or if everyone else who's left a review got unlucky but my experience was totally positive other than the useless tracking info so I would happily use them again.

Can't be trstd. Told me abt a 1-2 wk delay 2 get the order. Wn't cancel when asked, said it shipped. Gave track num not working. E-mailed again, said shipped with 2nd track num. Said already in UK in anothr e-mail. But 2nd track shows still in orig country by 4th April. Found pic of model in blog from 2014, not theirs. No clue what they sent. Prob not right. Money prob gone. I contacted this company via email. They replied quickly. I would not recommend sending money or sharing card details with them. They seem to be involved in dishonest practices. Companies linked with them, especially those advertising on Gmail, might also be connected to their activities. Be careful and avoid ordering from these people.

This company is a joke! I ordered the German Henley, but they sent me a completely different shirt, and it was faulty too—no button hole notches at all! I’m reporting them to the BBB and getting the paperwork started. The sad part is, they picked the wrong person to mess with in my line of work!

Ez a cég pocsék! Rendeltem egy kék Henley-t, de egy más színű, hibás inget kaptam. Még gomblyukas bevágások sincsenek rajta. Benyújtom a panaszomat a bbb-hez, és elkezdem a papírmunkát ezen az oldalon. Szomorú, hogy a munkahelyem őket választotta, hogy ezt csinálják!

I bought two shirts and one top. The quality of the things is really bad, honestly shocking. The top I got was wrong, so I asked for a refund or exchange. They gave me just £15 back for a top that cost £28. After many emails, they still only gave £15.

The product I received isn't what was advertised, and returning it has been a real hassle. On top of that, the return costs are high since it’s coming from China. They've suggested a partial refund, but I’m still waiting for their response.

This company is definitely shady - they use fake tracking numbers and everything seems phony. They gave me a tracking number for an item that they claimed was delivered to me 10 days before I even placed the order!

This company is a total disappointment. I wouldn't even give it one star. I placed an order and had no idea what the full price was before making my payment through PayPal. I tried to cancel my order right after, but a message popped up saying it couldn't be canceled. I sent multiple emails, but despite the site promising a response in 72 hours, I didn't get any reply even after 11 days. I then received an email saying my order had shipped, but the tracking number didn't work. Later, I got another email saying my order wasn't actually shipped and that they were still getting materials from Cambodia and Vietnam. Thankfully, PayPal helped me get my refund, but the whole experience was a huge hassle and a waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs!

Horrible service!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!! I bought a hoodie for my son for Christmas, but a week after the expected delivery date, I got an email saying it would be delayed. When it finally arrived, it was a totally different hoodie than what I ordered. I emailed them twice about the mistake, and two weeks later I got a response saying they don't have the hoodie I wanted. If I wanted a refund, I would need to send the wrong hoodie back on my own dime, and they didn’t even provide an address for the return. Scam!!

Leider musste ich die selbe Erfahrung machen wie viele andere Nutzer hier. Zunächst extrem lange Wartezeit (6 Wochen) angeblich wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten eines Zulieferers in Vietnam. Dann komplett falschen Artikel erhalten. Anschließend das hier schon oft beschriebene Prozedere: Foto schicken, Rückzahlung des halben Preises oder Übernahme der Rücksendungskosten durch mich. Dies ist offensichtlich kein Einzelfall sondern die Strategie der Firma. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten bei ootdmw zu kaufen.

I had a bad experience with this company. Lost £80.00 and wouldn't recommend shopping with them. They are still being advertised on Google. An investigation is underway. Be careful and stay away. There are international investigations into this company. If you've had issues, make sure to report them to Google. We have found their location, and we're continuing with our investigations.
