Customer service at Homary, especially with Rhythm
Customer service at Homary, especially with Rhythm, my representative, is really great! She, along with Homary's amazing policy, truly stands out. After having my beautiful dining room table, which I really like, for nearly a year, I noticed two small but concerning blemishes on the leg structure. I reached out to the company and was lucky to be helped by Rhythm, who asked for photos and quickly began addressing my inquiry, going beyond to solve my problem. She managed the whole process from start to finish. The response was quick, polite, respectful, and kind. They fixed my issue completely. Rhythm was considerate, apologetic, and made the experience personal, so I felt like I wasn’t dealing with a large company, but more like a small family-run business. I can't say enough good things about how they handled my situation. Thanks, Rhythm, thanks, Homary. I am so happy! I felt motivated to share this review because of my great experience with customer service and the company Homary. I didn’t get any reward for writing this review. I also want to mention...I got my package and am very pleased with the wonderful effort and care shown through the careful precautions taken in packing with a superior system, including the rubber around the inside of the box. My item arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much for that!!!
