I placed an order on December 5th and they promised it would arrive by Christmas. Well, here I am, still waiting. What really gets me is the customer service. It's all automated and I'm just getting the same generic responses over and over. No real help at all. Honestly, if you're thinking of ordering from this company, think again. Unless you don't mind waiting forever for your stuff, I'd look somewhere else. This experience has been super frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered the cylinder for "I Can Only Imagine" Dec. 5, 2024. Today is January 10, 2025, and still, nothing. They send the same email asking for patience. The tracking ended in NYC weeks ago...I could have rode a bike there and back in the time since then and retrieved it myself!!!!! It was a special thing to give to my wife, and now it looks as though it will never arrive. I asked for a refund... let's see if they do it. Bad experience, never again!!!!!!

Oh, what a disaster! I thought my gift for my wife would arrive before Christmas, but no such luck. And to top it off, on our special 30th-anniversary piece, they spelled my name wrong! Can you believe it? My name is Jason, but they printed Jadon. Everything else was correct, so it’s clearly a mistake on their part. I’m so upset and now scared to even ask them to fix it. If this company is legit, they need to step up. If not, beware and stay clear! 😕

This place is fast to take your money and slow as heck to send it ! My order has said it sent out and it still hasn't even left the warehouse. I get another update 10 days later saying it was sent again and nope just the label made to be shipped . On there web page says they are in Wyoming but nope China . I have been waiting for a month and still no product. They don't answer there emails. Not a good business at all .

I’ve tried contacting this business several times, but they never responded. Their site promises a reply within 24 hours, yet here I am, still waiting. I ordered an item and it never arrived. Honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience. Their customer service is practically non-existent. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. It’s just not worth the hassle. Be careful if you decide to buy from this company.

It took nearly a month to get my order. I paid more than $30 for a very small item. It's so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to see it clearly. It fits right in the palm of my hand! I’m not happy to give it as a gift anymore. Looks like this $30 will just go to waste. Plus, the company claims to be based in Colorado, but it actually shipped from China! Really disappointing! Be careful with this one!

I ordered from this company in December 2024, and it’s been a mess. Never got any tracking info or my product. Reached out multiple times, but no response at all. There's no phone number, only email, which they ignore. They sure took my money quickly, though. I’ll give them one more day to get back to me before I dispute the charge. This has been super frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered this thing online, and let me tell you, it was a mess from start to finish. No confirmation email, nothing to track my order. When it finally showed up, it was totally different from the pictures. And, it was broken! Took forever to arrive too. I'm pretty sure this site is a scam. Save your money and avoid this place like the plague.

One star! They keep dragging things out until you get fed up and just give up on asking for a refund. I ordered an ornament and it was wrong twice, didn’t even receive it in time for Christmas, even though I placed my order in early November. They definitely rely on a third party to create their products. Customer service is awful too.

I placed two orders at the same time, one for my sisters three of them, an one for my wife of twentyfive years. for Chirsmas just after ThanksGiving. order numbers FC1775****, an order number FC1775**** it is now December 19th an no gifts yet. they tell me they were delived already an hung up on me. What a way to run a company!

I ordered Christmas ornaments but got someone else's stuff instead. Tried to return it, but they said just keep it. Now I have these random family photos I really don't want. If you're missing your ornaments, maybe check with me on Facebook. I'm in Colorado. This whole mix-up is pretty frustrating.

Got a week to get it to me if I don't have it within the week if I have it in a week I will update my review but right now use your grab my money fast I tell you that you said I would have it soon as soon as gone by and I still don't have it. If I don't get it soon I will cancel for my credit card

I tried calling the number provided but nobody is picking up to answer my inquiry why my order placed and paid on December 5th has not been delivered yet. It’s now the 21st which is more than 2 weeks. The order is my Christmas gift to my wife. Please advise.

Ordered a gift for my wife on dec. 5 ,have not recieved it as of dec.26 they said it was on the way, i have no tracking # or anything and they will not tell you anything truthful if at all. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AGAIN !

I bought something and the arrival dates were no later than February 6. I ordered it on January 19th for Valentines Day. It is now February 25th and no sign of it. Do not wate your money on this company. Plus they make it in Chins.

I believe this is a scam. Ordered mine three weeks ago and still haven't received it. They are not from Boulder Colorado. They come from China. Don't fall for this scam. I'm out more than $50!
