We were a customer for several years with an annual plan. This year’s renewal turned out to be the worst experience with unjust charges. The renewal happened during a week of many bank holidays, and the person in charge was out sick. The day after renewal, we noticed extra seats on our account and a subscription level we don’t remember choosing. We reached out to support on the same day to request a refund for the unused seats, but the charge only appeared two days later. Support replied saying it was too late to adjust. For heaven's sake, it was just one day late, during a week of holidays, and we explained that the responsible person was sick. Initially, support ignored us, and after many days of back and forth, they suggested applying credit next year. Who needs credit when the customer service is so poor that it ruins the experience? With many competitors available, we got charged an extra 2000 EUR for licenses without assigned people. Be cautious if you use their products; I’d recommend finding another option.
